The CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Fundamentals course is designed to provide delegates with a broad skill set for using CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE.

Course Objective:
It is a starting point for CATIA & the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and the knowledge gained is a prerequisite for many more specialised training courses. CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Fundamentals should not be viewed as just a basic course, as together with the key CATIA skills that are on offer, the student will also pick up very important advice on engineering methodologies. The course includes a mixture of presentation and tutorial, enabling students to gain hands-on experience.

- Introduction to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
- Creating a new PLM Object
- Creating & constraining sketches
- Creating Solids using features
- Transformations
- Dress-up Features
- Creating basic parameters and formulas in the 3D
- Creating Assemblies
- Constraining Assemblies
- Drafting
Who Should Attend?
New CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designers. A working knowledge of other 2D/3D packages would be advantageous.
