As a Project Manager at TECHNIA you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects from
inception to completion. The role requires collaboration with sales, clients, and internal teams to
ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the agreed-upon
business value. You will play a key role in motivating teams, managing customer relationships, and
ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also
bring new perspectives to our current processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and coach
other project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring they meet business
objectives within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring projects meet the client’s business needs and by
maintaining strong, long-term relationships
• Own the project plan, aligning on necessary adjustments to ensure meeting client expectations
• Collaborate with the sales team in early phases of project development to provide input on
Statements of Work (SOW) and other agreements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and correct allocation of
project resources
Qualifications:
• 5 years experience working as a Project Manager, leading business-critical IT projects
(experience with PLM, ERP, or similar systems is highly meriting)
• Ability to build trust and foster collaboration both internally and with clients being capable
of aligning priorities and managing expectations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple
stakeholders
• Business acumen skills, with a focus on clear communication, alignment, and team
motivation
• Experience working in consultancy environments, preferably using agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both in verbal and written form
Meriting skills and tools
Swedish language skills are an advantage
Experience coaching or mentoring other project managers is considered a plus
