LiteMachine performs an automatic feature and color detection and groups the operations for NC programming.
With LiteMachine, 3D data can be optimized for production. Colored areas are automatically recognized and grouped to show processing steps.
Processing steps such as drilling, cutting threads, processing the surface, etc. are automatically recognised.
Parameters such as hole diameter, depth, length or type of processing are calculated automatically.
The individual steps are clearly grouped.
A machining plan with the corresponding machining types (turning, drilling, milling) is created.
The material to be removed is calculated in order to calculate the minimum size for the raw material.
An XML file is created that can be used for further use in the NC program.
Machining steps such as drilling, thread cutting, machining the surface, etc. are recognized and assigned to the corresponding machining type (turning, drilling, milling) in a machining plan.
As preparation, only the area corresponding to the processing needs to be colored during construction. LiteMachine then recognizes these areas and calculates the parameters such as: hole diameter, depth, length, type of processing, etc.
Furthermore, the material to be removed is calculated in order to calculate the minimum size for the raw material.
The results are saved in an XML file, which can be forwarded to an NC programming system.
